My brother and Mikie relocated to Baltimore earlier this Fall. They own a 2 BR/2 BA condo in North Myrtle Beach and would like to sell it ASAP. Baltimore to Myrtle is quite a haul and they know they won't be able to use it as often as they would like.

I personally request anyone who I might know from USC, loves mommy/kid playdates, and who would love to drive to MB to attend Wellspring Church :)! I had no idea your brother used to vacation in NMB. I'll keep my ears open down here... if I know anyone looking in the area, I'll let them know about it!
