This is the book that I am currently devouring. Lately I find myself reading more and more to satisfy some internal brain hunger. I'm in the mood to learn this summer. I think I'd even sign up for summer school if there was a reason to take a class. The geek in me just needs to decide what it is that I want to learn about.
What would you take a class in if you were doing it for kicks? Or what book would you read?
In the meantime I'm trying to squash the urge to run off to a commune where I can learn how to make jam, tend chickens, and sew aprons.

You can learn how to do ALL of those things without the commune:)
I think a class in anything is worth the time and energy. BUT if I had my free time this is what I would be taking:
1. Photography
2. Another language
3. History
Well, I would NOT take a psychology course. That chapter of my life is OVER;) I am going to take a photography class that Lorien is putting on this summer. Super pumped about this!
I would like to learn how to sew. But, afraid I have no patience for that adventure so I will stick to dreaming about it!

my grandmother can teach you to make jam... you will see her tomorrow. Lee's dad has chickens (for eggs). You'll see him tomorrow. And hey, you made me a super cool apron once, and I wear it often. I think that covers it :)
I would love to take classes in cooking and sewing. Anbd I would love to take a course in learning how to simplify and better organize my life!!!
